About Me

I am a paediatric dietitian supporting families with feeding and nutrition concerns in babies and young children.

I am also mum to a two-year-old daughter with an IgE-mediated cow’s milk allergy. Going through that experience as a parent showed me just how stressful and overwhelming feeding and allergy concerns can be, even when you have a healthcare background.

It also highlighted how difficult it can be for families to access clear advice and specialist support. Through speaking with other parents, I realised many were facing the same challenges and feeling unsure where to turn.

Alongside my clinical work, I previously worked at Evelina London Children’s Hospital, where I helped update South East London cow’s milk protein allergy guidelines and provided education to GPs on allergy diagnosis and management.

My aim is to provide calm, practical and evidence-based advice that helps families feel more confident and supported.

I support families with:

  • Weaning
  • Feeding difficulties
  • Selective eating
  • ARFID
  • Non-IgE allergies
  • Child nutrition concerns

Many families come to me because they are looking for personalised support, clearer guidance, or help navigating long waiting lists elsewhere.

Everything I recommend is tailored to your child, your concerns and your family life.
